Who we are

CalmerFlow is operated by Novansa OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 17445226), with its registered address at Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Harju Maakond, Estonia.

When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean Novansa OÜ. When we say “you” or “your”, we mean you as a user of CalmerFlow.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using CalmerFlow, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Novansa OÜ, governed by the laws of Estonia.

2. Who can use CalmerFlow

You must be at least 18 years old to use CalmerFlow. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will close their account and delete their data.

3. What CalmerFlow does

CalmerFlow is a productivity app that helps you organise and manage your tasks. It provides kanban board, calendar, list, and summary views. The app may include AI-assisted features to help you prioritise or organise your work.

We may update, add, or remove features over time.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must not share your account with others or use the app for commercial purposes.

You must not upload or submit any content through CalmerFlow that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

5. Subscription and payments

CalmerFlow offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through app settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not refund partial periods unless required by law.

Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before any price change. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Consumer rights: Your rights under EU consumer protection law are not affected by these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All software, design, and technology in CalmerFlow belongs to Novansa OÜ or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the app.

7. AI-powered features

CalmerFlow may use AI to help you prioritise tasks or provide in-app suggestions. Where this is the case:

  • AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience only
  • We do not use your personal data to train AI models
  • AI processing may involve data being sent to a third-party provider; see our Privacy Policy

8. Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of CalmerFlow. We may take the app offline for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • CalmerFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
  • We are not liable for any indirect loss or consequential damage arising from your use of the app
  • Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Estonian law or EU consumer protection law.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms or harmful conduct, with notice where possible.

11. Changes to these terms

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect, by email or in-app notification. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Estonian courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.

EU users may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
